A valid prescription needs to be doctor-issued and includes the following information:
- Doctor's information (Name, Address, Phone#)
- Valid expiration date
In case your prescription does not contain an expiration date, a validation of 2 years period from the exam date will be automatically applied.
- Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement
Oftentimes, your prescription will not include PD measurement, which is needed for manufacturing your glasses. Please refer to the link below for instructions on taking PD measurement yourself.
