We are unable to retroactively modify an order after it has been placed. If you would like to make order changes, you will need to have your order cancelled, then for you to place a new order.
If your order is on Pending Processing status, then you are able to cancel it on your own. Please login to your JINS account, and you will see the Cancel Order function.
